Echo Challenge Day #17

Yesterday, I read an article about a veterinarian who posted a picture of a lion he killed. Then he died by falling into a ravine while shooting some wild birds. Whenever I read articles like this, I feel sad. Today, I want you to bring awareness to trophy hunting, which is when hunters hunt wild game for fun. Show that you care in some way or the other. I have shared the link with you below:

Echo Challenge Day #16

Today is Reconciliation Day! Even though Reconciliation Day is about parts of a nation coming back together, we can still reconcile on a small scale. Today, I want you to forgive someone’s mistakes. Say sorry to someone you think you offended or hurt. Be nice to an enemy. Let’s come together and be peaceful!

Echo Challenge Day #14

Today, I challenge you to eat healthy! Eat a salad, fruits, veggies, or skip a cheat food. Eating healthy is good for your mind and body! You are what you eat. When you eat healthy, you become a better person. You become stronger and more fit!

“To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.”

-Buddha

P.S. I’m sure having a cheat food once in a while is fine! 😉

Echo Challenge Day #13

Today, I challenge you to listen to your favorite music and share it with someone. As they say, sharing is caring. If you play an instrument, you can play it for a friend. Let this day be musical.

“Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything.”
-Plato

Echo Challenge Day #11

Today, I challenge you to light a candle. It seems like a simple task, but there is a beautiful meaning behind it. At 7 pm, light your candle and think about a loved one who has passed away. Remember all the wonderful moments you had with them, and be grateful that they were a part of your life. The candle symbolizes that even though they have passed away, they still remain in our hearts.

“If the people we love are stolen from us, the way to have them live on is to never stop loving them.”
-James O’Barr
