Echo Challenge Day #22

Yesterday, I read an article about how we can teach the next generation to be generous. That gave me an idea. Today I challenge you to help someone be generous. For example, take an opportunity to go volunteering with your friends. Today is not just about you, it’s about the people around you! Spread the cheer!

Today is Look On The Bright Side Day! So, today I challenge you to do exactly that, look on the bright side. No matter what comes your way, shake it off and relax. Be positive today. Look at the glass as half full instead of half empty. There is a famous Swahili saying, pertinent to today, which was popularized by the movie “The Lion King.”

“Hakuna Matata”

“No worries”

PS: I wonder if the song is stuck in your head now… 😉

Yesterday I read an article about how electronics is bad for your brain. The article described it as drugs for your brain. I thought about it for some time and I realized that I may be spending too much time in front of a digital device. Today I challenge you to spend less time on digital devices.

Here’s the link to the article:

Today is International Migrants Day! It’s a day to celebrate all the migrants around the world. Today I want you to think about the people who are forced to migrate out of their homeland. Say a prayer for them. If your ancestors were migrants to a new country, take a minute to respect your heritage. There are many ways to observe this international day!
